What did Captain Cook need on the ship to survive?
Oatmeal, vinegar, beer, rum, sauerkraut, pickled beef and pork, orange and lemon syrup and plenty of water. They also bought sheep, pigs, chickens, a goat, a cat and two dogs
Who mapped Australia and where did they go?
Captain Cook mapped some of Australia, the Eastern part of it, but most of the mapping was discovered by Matthew Flinders and George Bass who discovered more of Botany Bay, Port Hackling, Lake Illawarra, Providental Cove, Wilson's Prom, Phillip Island, Western Port Bay and Jeale's Cove. More discoveries were made for a long time until a map was drawn. Explorers had to visit the whole coast line to draw it
